This accessibility statement concerns the website www.yvtltk.fi, and it has been updated on 14 January 2026. The website is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019). Under the Act, public online services must be accessible, which means that everyone must have equal access to them. This statement describes the website accessibility status and provides information on how you can give us feedback on the accessibility of the service.

The accessibility of this digital service was assessed by an external expert. The website conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria as required by the Act, with regard to the technical implementation.

We have assessed the accessibility of the content of the service ourselves. The content of the website meets accessibility requirements for the most part. Key accessibility issues of the digital service are described in this statement.

We take accessibility into account when producing content and developing the website. In addition, accessibility is assessed through regular audits.

The website contains content that is not within the scope of accessibility legislation. This includes files (e.g. PDFs) published before 23 September 2018.

The website also contains PDF files published after 23 September 2018, some of which still have accessibility issues:

Some files do not have a programmatically determined structure, and screen readers cannot interpret the PDF file’s elements or sequence. (WCAG 1.3.1)
